Will temporary work lead to a permanent position?
We can never guarantee where a temp role will lead, but it certainly can be a great opportunity to secure work longer term. The majority of our vacancies are long-term and may lead to a full-time job with the client for the right candidate.
When is the official payday?
You will be paid weekly in arrears, otherwise known as a ‘week in hand’, on a Friday.
When will I get a payslip?
You will get a payslip on a Thursday. With regards to your first payslip, you will receive an email from us where you will get a verification code to your email address. Within 24 hours, you need to login and register. If you do have problems with this please email payroll@labour247.co.uk.
How do I register for work with Labour 247?
We would need you to make an appointment to come to our offices in Kearsley, Bolton for a very informal chat with us and go through your skills, experience, and qualifications. You would also need to bring your right-to-work documents. Once this is complete, we would then match you to prospective clients that we are working with. More often than not, we would be able to offer you immediate work on a start date that works for you!
